I’ve really loved getting to know a new area in the UK, it’s so lovely here. This is one of my favourite walks (so far!) even if we were in the clouds and strong winds for most of it 😅 on our way down, we were treated to a beautiful sunset too! 😍
📍 Hedgehope Hill, the second highest peak in The Cheviots. Starting from Harthope Valley, the route takes you up to Housey Crags and Long Crags and even in the winter wasn’t too boggy!

A truly beautiful place to visit, the river cascades under the stone bridge as it is squeezed through the gorge. You can walk as much or as little as you’d like around the area, but we did a little wandering through the forest and watched the world go by, sat down by the river. 🫶
