You will mostly find me out hiking on trails. After completing the PCT in 2019, spending time outdoors has become part of my life whether that is walking, running, photography and now even outdoor yoga! As long as my cheeks are rosy and my feet are a little muddy... I am happy π

What a 30 days itβs has been. In all weathers I have been out for a 5 mile walk in nature every single day, so over 150miles!! There has been so much joy in my life by doing this challenge, as well as a little discomfort - but I am so glad I did it.
