I had a lovely time there, mostly because the weather was yummy, so now that I got my vitamin D fully recharged I’m happy to be back. And what a way to be back!!
I woke up to this lovely white day ❄️🤍 that made me jumped from the bed and go for a walk in my favorite park of my neighborhood!
If it’s winter time where you are, remember to get outside at least to go for a walk around the block. I know it’s hard sometimes to leave the house when it’s cold or grey or rainy outside (even for me sometimes that I love the outdoors), but you’ll feel much better once you do it and breathe a different air.

And this goes for socks (I’m wearing some thick ones from the best brand @falke), leggings and shirt (long or short). 2. Mid-layer. This layer can be a fleece (like my beloved @passengerclothing one, feel free to use my cose ROAMER10-rc325x for a 10% discount), or a polyester blend. This layer add some extra warm, so then it’s optional to wear it or not. 3. Accessories. Here I would add any extra accessories that can help me stay warm, such as gloves (merino or synthetic), buff and beanie or headband. 4. Shoes. Ideally warm and waterproof boots or shoes. That way, if there’s snow or it starts to rain you don’t need to worry about it. 5. Weatherproof shell. In this case it can be all in one, or a down layer and a rainproof layer. (In my case both the jacket and the pants are all in one). These layers may change depending on the degrees (that day there were -4 degrees). The key of these layers is to keep you WARM, but also to keep you DRY! Because you’re very warm, you may start to sweat as you move, and the key is to be able to release the sweat as quickly as possible so that you don’t get cold.
