Very fun, tiring but overall fantastic day. Just goes to show that no two days in my job are the same!

Also, always remember to respect the environment you are in when on any rockpooling and snorkelling adventures! Ensure you replace any rocks and seaweed you have moved and if you are touching animals, then handle them with care!š¦š

It is the time of year when all of us start to face many deadlines, and even though you try and find little pockets of escapism, you might find that rather than being mindful, your mind is instead full. I for one certainly know this feeling.
Try and make time to get outside, even when the sun isnāt shining, and just immerse yourself in the moment. Otherwise you might just miss something, like a curious little seal popping up to say helloš¦āØ

This summer has been so incredible but has also flown past way too fast!āØ I started my new job atĀ ...This summer has been so incredible but has also flown past way too fast!āØ I started my new job at the start of summer, and what an amazing summer it has been! Itās been incredibly busy, but very fun! Iāve managed to find time for some escapism throughout - a lot snorkelling, rockpooling, many sea swims, chasing sunsets, quality time with loved ones and ventures around Cornwall (yes I live on that side of the Tamar now!)šļø There are so many things I didnāt get chance to do this summer, but are definitely on the list for next year!
