However, we don’t let the cold weather keep us indoors. Sometimes we go out for a few hours, and sometimes we spend the entire day in nature.
One of my favorite activities to do with my kids is to go on a cross-country ski tour in the forest behind our home and then cook something on the grill together. To stay warm during these outings, I always wear my Recycled Sherpa Fleece. It is comfortable and practical, making it my go-to garment for the outdoors.

The weather has been really challenging in the last days here in Jämtland, with wind blowing at more than 50m/s (roughly 180 km/h) and snowstorms. I spent most of my time training on the treadmill but now the storm is gone and the sun is back!! ☀️☀️👍🏻👍🏻

When training out there, I often get really wet, cold, and covered in ice and there's nothing better than putting on something warm and comfortable after a hard workout. I then enjoy sitting down in the trunk of my car to enjoy a warm cup of coffee and a moment of calmness before going back to day-t 🙂🙂

For those who have been following me for some time, you know that training and running (or skiing ...For those who have been following me for some time, you know that training and running (or skiing during wintertime) in the mountains is my way to enjoy life.
But often my training sessions are followed by other longs hours out in the nature together with my family. These are actually the hours where I manage to escape and to disconnect from the day-to-day life while roaming around the mountains and forests with my kids and my wife. Those hours are the ones that matter the most.
